(For Reunions, Banquets, Parties, etc.)
All Prices Include Texas State and Local Sales Taxes - No additional Sales Tax Added
Option 1 - $75 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required
For customers requiring digital photography services only, with option to purchase prints online as
needed.
No proof prints provided as part of this package.
All images may be viewed via the Internet and reprints/enlargements may be purchased at
www.photoreflect.com
Option 2 - $150 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required
For customers requiring digital photography services as well as printed copies of all images.
One copy of each print will be delivered to customer, and customer may retain these delivered
prints.

at www.photoreflect.com
Option 3 - $300 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required
For customers requiring digital photography services as well a digital delivery of images on CD.
No proof prints provided as part of this package.
All images will be saved to CD and CD/files delivered to customer to use as needed.
Upon customer request, all images can be additionally placed on our Internet web site at www.
photoreflect.com for purchase of reprints and enlargements by out-of-area individuals or companies
who might need access to the images.
Option 4 - $375 per hour, minimum 2 hours coverage required
For customers requiring digital photography services, printed copies of images, and digital delivery
on CD.

prints.

Retainer and Payment Requirements
A nonrefundable $150 retainer (applied toward total) is required to reserve each date, unless
otherwise negotiated. If multiple events are booked, a separate deposit/retainer is required for each
event. Balance of payment for the initially booked package is due on the day of the event. Any
additional balance due is payable upon delivery of final product to customer.

How to Order Reprints and Enlargements
Reprints and enlargements may be purchased via secure electronic ordering by visiting the following

Once you are on the PhotoReflect web site, type in “Lena's Photography”or "Rosalinda Alejos" in the
box for Photographer’s Name and click on the “Find” button. (The search might take a few seconds,
so please be patient.)
Click on the title of your event and the images from that event will appear. If the event photos are
to be password protected, Lena’s Photography will provide a password for access to the images.
Click on any image to enlarge it and get a better look. Follow ordering instructions on the screen
and add any desired images to your cart. Orders can be purchased securely online via major credit
card or personal check.
Additional Information
Travel/Mileage (For distances beyond 15 miles from studio)
A door-to-door travel/mileage fee of 50 cents per mile applies to all events for which we must travel
beyond a 15 mile distance from our studio.
Shipping & Handling for Mailed Orders
Reprint and enlargement orders that are processed via our Internet interface at www.photoreflect.
com have a predetermined shipping and handling fee that is assessed at time of purchase. For items
other than those handled at PhotoReflect, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pickup
from Lena’s Photography. Photo orders may be shipped to customers for an additional charge to
cover shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping cost varies with size and nature of customer
order, as well as customer’s preferred shipping priority. Minimum shipping charge is $10. This
shipping cost generally applies to CD and proof print deliveries that must be mailed to the customer.
