Local area portrait sessions are available outdoors, in a studio setting, or at the customer’s home,
office, or other location of choice. Either indoor or outdoor sessions can be accommodated. Often-
requested options include sessions at local parks or other scenic locations where natural backgrounds
and ambient lighting offer a pleasing combination for portraits.
Standard Portrait Package-$275 (price includes $75 credit toward reprints/enlargements)

Options
Digital Portrait Photography - Available on request. Images may be placed on the Internet for
viewing and purchasing.
Travel Fees - If travel outside the city of San Antonio is required, an out-of-area travel fee may
apply. Travel fee is 50 cents per mile, round trip, if we must travel 10 miles or more beyond our
location.
Extra Session Time - If extended photo session time is desired by the customer ( beyond the hour
included in the standard package), charges will be made in increments of $25 per half hour.
Special Photo Cropping Requests for Enlargements - Charge for cropping of enlargements (5x7, 8x10,
11x14, 16x20) is $5 per photo. If multiple copies of the same cropped photo/same size are ordered,
the cropping fee applies only once. Cropping is generally not available for 4x6 or wallet prints.
Delivery of Reprints and Enlargements - It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up photo
orders from Lena’s Photography. Photo orders may be shipped to customers for an additional charge
to cover shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping cost varies with size and nature of customer
order. Minimum shipping charge is $10.
